How do short-notice requests work?
We are happy to check what we can arrange. Our team needs to confirm equipment, staffing, vehicles and delivery arrangements, so availability and approval are not guaranteed. Booking earlier gives us more time to plan and gives you more equipment choices.
You will see the applicable charge and total before submitting. A short-notice request is not a confirmed reservation. The online request requires authorization for the full amount; we complete the charge only after staff approval. Your bank may show a temporary hold while the request is reviewed.
